Hydraulic systems Troubleshooting for Noisy Pump.

Problems in the hydraulic system results in a lower efficiency of the machine.

Symptom: Pump Noisy

 BIG1. Cause: Cavitation

     Corrections DESIGN: Enter a larger hose.

    Review procedures in the field: to use a filter larger intake, use of oil with lower viscosity.

     2. Cause: Restricted Admission.

         DESIGN corrections in revenue should be at least 50% larger than the exhaust. Place the pump does not exceed 24 inches above the oil level.

          Reviews in the area: Clean the air filter box.

          3. Cause: Loss of suction.

             Corrections DESIGN: Keep the lines of simple aspiration.

            Reviews in the area: pour oil on the joints when the pump is running and the common place where the pump is running low.

           4. Cause: Loss of air intake shaft packing.

               Corrections DESIGN: Use flexible drive coupling with Stiff tank top for rigidity. 

                 Reviews in the area: Lubricate or extension of the packaging. Precise alignment shaft pump.              

        5. Cause: air sucked into the system of dams.

               Corrections DESIGN: Insert the intake and exhaust pipes on both sides of the plate baffle. Minimum oil circuit to the pump.

              Reviews in the area: Raising the level of oil in the tank. Relief under the oil level. The oil has an anti-foam additive?
