Hydraulic Problem and Solution to Fix System.

Problem:

   large white stone to a user uses a huge rock crusher stone literally ground into fine dust / powder needed for their processes. This huge stone crushers are very hard and very dangerous, but it should be lubricated every few hours, otherwise they will destroy themselves. This is a very dangerous environment for all people of lubrication.

Solution:

    Lincoln automatic lubrication system is designed, constructed and installed a high pressure oil injected into the necessary lubrication points. All auto-complete, and look through the remote PLC / Operator control station with a low fat, no fat obtained and / or power equipment.

Problem:

Solution:

   Both machines have been discovered with the proposal to clean the machine, replace all hydraulic sleeve with the new (16 x 1.0 “ID), repair of leaks, painted a banner with the identification tag machine, install an oil layer -alarm system, digital photo and identification of all major components, systems and document the right parts for machinery and training of all employees. total time of less than 6 hours, all employees and production remains 3 + years.
