This huge stone crushers are very hard and very dangerous, but it should be lubricated every few hours, otherwise they will destroy themselves. This is a very dangerous environment for all people of lubrication.

Problem:

The main mineral processor for heavy tar-like lubricant to the critical rotation gearbox. Current pumps fail, by 4 weeks due to the viscosity and temperature issues.

Solution:

Hydraulic_Pump_Rexroth_A4vg125_A4vg180_a new pump / motor solution is designed and delivered, provided the correct lubricant flow levels, while working in extremely cold environments. Total of eight (8) systems have been delivered. More than 5 + years of reliability.
