Problem:

A tooth cap production required to accelerate the production level from 10 to 100 TPM , in addition to the ability to “shift-on-the-fly” from one style to another tooth.

Solution:

One of PLC, servo-controlled hydraulic / electrical system was designed, manufactured, installed and tested.

The customer can easily download new software that leads the hydraulic machine to various shocks, the velocity and pressure are all automatically print.

Dente per minute increased to 125, successfully, with all the test parameters.

Unfortunately, the designer of the company and all other tests have been stopped.
